Spring Awakening

After many years of adventuring in remote locations around the world, Hattie wanted to be able to lead other’s to the great healing opportunities that wild, natural places have given to her.

Hattie’s passion and drive today started off through a journey of personal healing. Always turning to remote locations in nature, especially in the forests, mountains and the sea; Hattie found that the natural world provided a consistent and constant place of nurture. She would find healing, be inspired, uplifted, gain a sense of belonging and an opportunity for self growth and self discovery from both challenging adventures in wild places, as well as just consciously being present in these natural environments.

Whilst continuing to pursue and organise adventures both on foot, bike and kayak, which have taken her to over 50 countries around the world, Hattie also built a career over 8 years; developing and managing projects and events that connect people with special places in the UK.

Today her passion comes from a deeply ingrained purpose, of sharing the opportunity that connecting to nature and journeying in wild places brings to an individuals’ wellbeing. These opportunities focus on enjoying and appreciating the wonders of nature through connecting to the peace and primitive harmony that this immersion allows. The therapeutic practices Hattie offers, invite self reflection through nature connection, solo time in the wild and practical challenges that give chance for personal discovery and growth.

Through the realisation of these personal benefits gained on an Adventure for Wellbeing, Hattie hopes she will encourage a deeper appreciation of nature from those who undertake an experience with her and so further motivating them to protect and nurture our natural world.

Hattie is qualified under the British Mountaineering Council’s Mountain  Leader award and is an advanced level 3 Wilderness Therapeutic Practitioner trainee, under the NCFE and CACHE registered qualification, which is recognised by the UK Department for education and regulated by Ofqual.

Look forward to hearing from you.
