Live in conversation with Helen & Hattie

A 15 minute live conversation with the wonderful Hattie Parker @wildwomanoutdoors @adventuresforwellbeing and Helen Roscoe @helenroscoeyoga

Here we had a chance to ask Hattie some questions about her background as well as what you can expect from our collaboration with her throughout the weekend of the Mountain Rest Retreat: Spring Awakening 17th-19th May.

We talk about how nature is for everybody and the ways in which Hattie will invite people to explore practice around self-reflection and curiosity throughout the weekend. We also shared our similarities between the work we both do and how they will compliment one another as we set to combine a truly holistic weekend of practices and invitations.

You don’t need to have any prior experience of yoga or mindfulness based practices to be able to attend this retreat, however a love of the outdoors is most definitely welcomed as we take you into the foothills of Snowdonia set against the relaxing space and accommodation that we have here at Tyddian Siarl.

Yoga will gently awaken your curiosity as to what may be possible for you and provide you with the space to move, breathe and find comfort in your own stillness and sense of self. These practices will be the perfect accompaniment to the outdoor based sessions and allow you space and time to reflect. As part of the retreat offering we are also bringing you a healing sound bath thanks to the lovely Angharad @createspace_yoga_sound

If you have any further questions about the retreat please do drop us a message.

You can find out all about Hattie and her offerings by heading to @wildwomanoutdoors @adventuresforwellbeing
