The Retirement Rebel

We're excited to announce that The Retirement Rebel will be joining us for our Mountain Rest Retreat later this month: 22nd-24th September 2023.  

Siobhan Daniels retired at 60, got rid of her home, possessions and bought a motorhome. She has spent over 4 years travelling Great Britain, challenging ageism and ageist stereotypes. She talks about her motorhome adventures and how she has found her inner voice and warrior. She's now almost 4 years on into this adventure and still loving her motorhome life.

Helen met Siobhan earlier in the Summer at Yestival 2023 where they shared their stories, supported and inspired one another. 

Siobhan kindly offered to come along to one of our retreats and so we simply had to take her up on her generous offer. 

For the most part Siobhan will also be a guest on the retreat enjoying the same experiences as everyone else, with one small difference! Siobhan will have time to share her inspiring story with those who attend and help others rethink their approach and attitude towards menopause, ageing and retirement. 

Honestly we can't believe how lucky we all are to have her join us for this unique weekend event.
