A Live conversation which took place on the 1st March on Instagram with the wonderful Natalie Rossiter Wellbeing who is a counsellor, mindfulness coach and forest bathing guide based in Manchester, UK. In this short Q&A I had the opportunity to ask Natalie some questions regarding the art of forest bathing.
I love to draw upon inspiration from nature within my yoga classes and during the retreats in Llanberis. In all honesty there is no better place to immerse ourselves within the breath-taking backdrop of mountains, lakes, rivers and ancient woodlands.
Forest bathing seems like the perfect accompaniment to a yoga retreat!
Natalie is joining us for our weekend Mountain Rest retreat taking place on the 19th-21st May at Llanberis Retreats and will be facilitating a guided morning forest bathing session.
In this live Natalie shares with us what forest bathing is (and isn’t) the physical and mental benefits, and what people can expect from her session at the retreat in May.
